The rules and guidelines for using AfterFive
Last updated: May 1, 2026By downloading, installing, or using the AfterFive mobile application ("App") or any associated services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AfterFive ("we", "us", or "our"). We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use AfterFive. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have permission from a parent or guardian to use the App.
AfterFive is currently available for use in India. By using the App, you agree to comply with all applicable local laws and regulations.
To use AfterFive, you must create an account using your phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we believe you have violated these Terms.
AfterFive allows users to create events, post content, upload images, and interact with other users ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant AfterFive a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content within the App.

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement.
AfterFive is a platform that connects event hosts with attendees. We do not organise events ourselves. Hosts are solely responsible for the events they create, including safety, legality, and accuracy of information provided.
Ticket payments for paid events are handled between the host and attendees externally (e.g. bank transfer, UPI). AfterFive does not process payments and is not responsible for any financial disputes arising from events.
AfterFive does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of any event listed on the platform. Attend events at your own discretion and risk.
AfterFive provides tools to report objectionable content and block abusive users. We encourage you to use these features to help keep the community safe.
We commit to reviewing all reports within 24 hours. Content found to violate these Terms will be removed and the offending account may be suspended or permanently banned.
Blocking a user immediately removes their content from your experience. Reports also notify AfterFive so we can take appropriate action.
The AfterFive name, logo, app design, and all related materials are the exclusive property of AfterFive. You may not use our branding without prior written permission.
You retain ownership of any original content you post. However, by posting on AfterFive, you grant us the rights described in Section 4 above.
AfterFive is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
We are not responsible for the actions, content, information, or data of third parties, including other users and event hosts.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AfterFive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or personal injury.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (which is ₹0 for free accounts).
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
You may delete your account at any time through the App's settings. Upon deletion, your personal data will be handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
These Terms are subject to the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its amendments, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and all other applicable Indian laws.
